Amsterdam, here I come!

skyringMuch to my surprise, Amsterdam's bid for the 2010 Anniversary Convention won in a global poll. I was sure that the Americans would wrest it back by sheer weight of numbers.
Moem put on a brilliant presentation at the London Convention, and Amsterdam easily headed the votes there. Unstoppable moementum, probably.
So, looks like our 2010 holiday will include Amsterdam. I think we'll combine it with one of those river cruises, starting or leaving from Amsterdam with the other end of the trip in Eastern Europe somewhere. And an opportunity to spend a day or two in Istanbul.
Must start research. And dreaming.

I don't suppose I can bag them up and plop them into the canals?
