OK, I bought the wrong cable
Jan. 5th, 2008 11:47 amI thought they were all the same. iPods are all the same aren't they?
Seems like the iPod Touch has a different spec for the interface. A power cable for a Nano won't recharge it. Or something.
Oh well, another trip to the techo shop and I got a new AC adaptor. Ripped it open, plugged it in, hooked it up.
Woo-hoo! I have power! I have recharge!
My iPod will last the whole night long.
And I downloaded some podcasts, bought a few music videos. I'll be looking for a bigger iPod soon.
And an iPhone. I want an iPhone.

Date: 2008-01-05 09:46 am (UTC)I almost impulse-bought a video iPod the other day, but it was on sale, so they'd sold out. I could have paid, and picked it up later, but that wasn't really an impulse buy, was it?
I've got an old clunky iPod, and, while I don't listen to it all the time, it is excellent for when I'm commuting and someone is having an inane conversation behind me on their mobile phone. *sigh*
