I thought they were all the same. iPods are all the same aren't they?

Seems like the iPod Touch has a different spec for the interface. A power cable for a Nano won't recharge it. Or something.

Oh well, another trip to the techo shop and I got a new AC adaptor. Ripped it open, plugged it in, hooked it up.

Woo-hoo! I have power! I have recharge!

My iPod will last the whole night long.

And I downloaded some podcasts, bought a few music videos. I'll be looking for a bigger iPod soon.

And an iPhone. I want an iPhone.

Normally the dock interfaces on all the ipods are the same (apart from the shuffles of course), but on the touch the contacts are just buried a little further inside the machine. If the plug is a bit shorter than usual, it may not reach - but the touch does usually work on the same speakers and docks that the other models fit.
