Quick Update

You'll be pleased to hear that my luggage arrived safely, but not quite so pleased as I was!

Up early this morning, about four thirty, took my camera and tripod for a walk up the Thames and back down again, stopping upon Westminster Bridge just after dawn. Not as fair as I'd imagined, but not too dusty.

Now back in my hostel, had breakfast, listening to the BookCrossing update on BBC Coventry.

Off to walk around town in a moment.

I wish I could be there. Replying to Pete's earlier post made me long for London even more than usually.

And: I don't know why it is so but ever since I know you and Liz I'd love to visit Ireland and especially Dublin. Just to meet the two of you. I always wanted to visit one day but now I positively crave for it. It's all *your* fault!

I sat in Trafalgar Square for about an hour taking photographs of the people. And doing that rabbit ears thing behind photographers to get their subjects to smile.
