LJ seems to be fixing the problem of missing journal comment notifications by re-sending previous notices. I've had a few messages from a week or two back, both of which I've seen before.

Then again, relocating a live and heavily-used site from one location to another can't be easy.

Computers and stuff are a total mystery to me. I think they should have a crank handle on the side to make them go faster and that if I straighten out the keyboard cable the words won't have to slow down on the curves and that's my idea of performance-tuning a computer, short of buying a new one with flashy advertising.

But if you are moving a whopping great online database from one place to another, it stands to reason that bits are going to fall out of it along the way, and the LJ goat must have come along after, collected up all the bits that dropped off, thought they were new bits and sent them off again. Couldn't hurt, I suppose.

It's what I'd do, anyway. If I was moving three states away, I'd want the whole world to share in the adventure and excitement, especially if none of it was their fault.

Pete, not sure if OrAgain counts twice
