Surpassed by Rarsberry
Nov. 18th, 2005 09:57 pmJust noticed that Rarsberry has registered two more books than I have. She's on 1300.
Listening to JimOnTheRadio on BBC Radio Shropshire at the moment. He's combining charity, pedometers and BookCrossing. And wearing a giant yellow bear suit. But don't believe me - check out the webcam:

What he's doing is giving instructions to two local BookCrossers, who have bags full of books from the OBCZ he's set up in the station foyer, to wear their pedometers as they go out releasing books and accepting donations for charity. JimOn is aking listeners to sponsor the bookcrossers for every book they release - 25 in the first half hour! - and every 100 paces they make.
Anyway, back to writing. I'm aiming for 5 000 words a day, but at the moment "aiming" is the key word.
