Drug out the T-SQL manual to do a few database statements. I've finally given up on the idea of a Crusades game and gone back to the Battle of Britain. Found a list of all "The Few" on a website, cut and pasted into Excel, now importing into SQL Server and massaging the data a bit. Probably have to make up the Germans, using a "drill-on-demand" method. Busy setting up my database, constraints and stuff, before getting into the programming.
Went into town to show Kerri a real live internet cafe and get her to sign in on her new Yahoo address. Tempted this morning when I saw a $999 return fare to Paris. She's almost certain to go, but I might wait a bit longer before committing. Be a pity to go all that way and not see London as well. Down and Bookcrossing in London and Paris - that'd be attractive.
boreal found an error in my book. I had missed it in all the previous read throughs and I'd hate to see an error of a hundred years persist into the final final version.
Sold seven books yesterday, a couple of queries, and an aborted cc transaction. Probably forgot about their expiry date.
