[Note that the brain mold that I have is a full, life-sized one, not just a half-one like that pictured. It's one of my most prized kitchen accessories.]
Oh, and I've eaten calf brains too. With scrambled eggs, which camouflages them pretty well, what with the similar texture and all. Not as good as sweetbreads, though.
