Thuh Secret Project
The secret is that I'm entering a couple of paintings into a local art show. They are both based on my watercolour doodles on the backs of envelopes, and pretty abstract in nature. Lots of visual play, bright colours. The first one is all but done, but I need to make the question mark bolder.
The second is more work, but shouldn't be too hard - I know what I want to do and how to do it.
Getting them framed in a hurry might be more difficult. They need to be professionally framed by next Saturday morning.
Nervous as anything about them. Are they simplistic crap? Deep and subtle observations on the human condition? Something in between?
