It's not only you blokes who have to get the vision checked- I came to the startling realization that I am more comfortable reading with glasses than without. Have bought myself about a dozen of those little reading glasses in lots of flashy colors, and have them scattered around the house in the spots where I like to read or work on my pysanky or jewelry. I even broke down and got bifocal sunglasses so that I can see in the distance when driving, but not resort to what my girlfriend calls ...ummm... "vaginal reading", (where you have to be like a trombone player to find the right spot to read something), when map reading.
