Work or Pleasure?

I've got my travel organised. All told it's a lot of money I don't have, but will have to find in the next month or so. Plus accommodation. And I'll have to eat, I guess.
I've got a round the world ticket out of Canberra. Around the world in eighteen days. This covers a week in London, five nights in Fort Worth, two nights in San Francisco and back home again. And a lot of sitting in planes. Window seats all the way, apparently, which will be good. San Francisco is only because I need to have three stopovers along the way, and I figure I can see Admiral Klein at the Boat Club or something. Maybe walk over the Golden Gate bridge. Dunno.
I've got the direct London to Fort Worth flight, which will save stuffing around in Chicago and gets me in at a decent time.
I'm going to be busy, but. I get back from New Zealand a few days before I leave for London. Need to be organised, which means I need to start thinking about sea mail books now if I don't want to spend a fortune sending them airmail at the last moment. And I need to find a job to pay for all this stuff. Busy busy busy.
But I'm on the way!
