Day of many borders
Lets's see. Yesterday was Netherlands to Germany, spending the night in Trier after lunch in Munster.
Today, we crossed into Luxembourg, back into Germany once or twice, back to Lux, to Belgium, to France and back to Germany, where we are currently in Freiburg in the Black Forest.
We got a VW Golf from Amsterdam Zuid, Melydia has been driving with KomradRikardo navigating, and Kerri, I and crrcookie wedged into the back. Kate like driving, KR knows the land and the language and the road rules, and the rest of us just sort of look out the window and gasp at the scenery.
Luggage barely fits, but we worked it out.
My driving was in Amsterdam, pretty nervewracking, and a bit in Trier last night/ this morning. Otherwise Kate is doing a superb job.
Very tired now. Looks like flights are back to normal. Tomorrow we drop KT back into Switzerland, which means we'll have more room but less guidance. However, we have Tom Tom the guide, and a paper Tom Tom. We'll do it.
Having a blast!

Glad you're having a good time, and managing to turn the disruption into an adventure! Pity you can't stop off and visit my sister....

Is she anywhere close?
Southern Germany?
We've got a couple of days spare.

Really exciting to have these regular reports.
Sounds a bit like the "Where in The World is Skyring?" game.
Schengen
Re: Schengen
Good to see you looking well and in control of things.
