Kerri's selection of National Foods as a share purchase paid off big time today. They had been very doggish for a while, but were solid performers in dividends - banked a cheque the other day. A takeover offer today saw them jump a dollar or more and I promptly sold them. Climbed aboard WMC which we'd been eying for a while but had no spare dough to put in, but the big jump of $1.80 per share had already happened. Oh well, we made a few cents a share and it's another good performer.

Finished Tasmania and the opening chapter. I've got bits and pieces of the rest written:
