Pete in the Lone Star Lounge
Dallas/Fort Worth. Just had a shower etc. in the lounge and I feel ready to face the flight to Seattle. The Charleston flight began badly - Mojosmom gave me a cuddle and went away to her side of the terminal, leaving me alone after a fabulous few days. ***SIGH***
Had a window/aisle seat in the little Embraer RJ, but it was mostly clouds. Saw an absolutely enormous plane at the airport. A Boeing 747 modified to carry Boeing 787 fuselage sections.
Read some of the Dave Barry book I snaffled in Charleston. Hilarious, but he needs to be rationed.
Good to be back in Texas - even for a few minutes. They are just about to call my flight. Washington, here I come!
