Pete's travels, update

I'm in the Yotel capsule hotel in Gatwick South. My baggage is in Singapore, or possibly en route to Dublin, which is where I'm headed in a few hours for a brief stroll around the city and if all is well, I'll get to see Sirroy, Yokospungeon and the new arrival.

Whether my baggage will catch up in time for me to deliver the gifts I selected is a matter of conjecture.

Of more pressing interest to me is that I haven't changed my clothes for a couple of days.

I've got a night in Dublin and then I'm off to the USA, where there are two nights in Alexandria.

Yet to be seen whether my bags catch up with me. I have Tim Tams and a present for Miriam, but in my baggage. Might have to post them from Chareleston...

Is there anything you need? If you let me know your size, I could pick up a clean pair of pants or something for you. Days w/out clean clothes must be very uncomfortable, I know I'd be miserable.

Seriously, it wouldn't be a problem. Or if you want, we could take a swing through a shop, we should have enough time.

We're just thrilled to get to see you, it'll be almost as good as going to Charleston.

Follow everyone else out to the road, and give me a call. We'll be waiting in the cell phone lot. Let us know where you are, and we'll pull up in a big blue SUV with plates that read "FROEBE".

We'll whisk you away for a quick visit and some yummy food. Oh, and Miriam hugs. :)
