Decluttering
Jan. 27th, 2008 01:34 pmI've got a big day tomorrow. Kerri has bought a new lounge suite. It is to go downstairs in my office, filled with several thousand books and several years of clutter.
Kerri's personal plan is to hire a skip and move the contents of the room into it. This is not going to happen. I can see I'm going to have to get rid of more than a few token items such as an obsolete printer and an old modem, but where I'm going to find room to put everything I want to keep, well that will be a challenge.
On other fronts, I've gone through my wardrobe and thrown out a whole bunch of old shirts and well-loved trousers gone at the crotch. Anything I hadn't worn for ten years, I was ruthless!
