skyringFor the past few weeks my printer hasn't been working and I've had to sneak the use of my son's computer and everything I've tried has been a failure and I've put off a lot of things that needed printing and I've been really unhappy about this new printer.
Today, faced with things which HAD to get printed, I went down and took a good look at it. I found that the power plug had fallen out of the socket. When I fixed that, it worked fine.
