Trust me on this. It's a blog from some smartarse taxi despatcher in Arlington (yeah, not Arligton Massachusetts, the other one) who posts transcriptions of phone calls from customers. It lives here.

Be warned, my wife has been listening to me howling and clutching me ribs and falling out of my chair for about an hour now, so you might want to either share the screen with your partner or do this alone.
