DS, who will be 18 later this year, bought himself a Playstation 2 yesterday and we eventually figured out that the only television the thing would work on was the main one in the lounge. So he hooked it up and got the first screen showing and then turned to Kerri, DD and I, saying "You might not want to watch - it's a pretty violent game."

How considerate of him, but we all wanted to see the graphics and stuff, so I answered for all of us, "It's OK, son, we're all adults here. Except, uh, you."

How convenient that only the biggest and best suited the machine!

Aren't children wonderfully thoughtful and considerate at such moments.

LOL, that's excellent! I do remember giving my mum a book and telling her there were some graphic sex scenes. I blushed somewhat when she replied "Oh goody!"

How old are the other tvs? If they have either a scart or audio/video inputs the ps2 will work on them.
