Milestone

DS finished college last week and has his first job. Bashing dixies at Calvary, where his girlfriend is doing likewise.

This may end up being a net drain on the household finances, as we may be needing a new car. I already got caught short on Wednesday when I got into my driving clobber at half past two, eager for an early start, and found the carport empty, a scribbled note from one descendant, and the abandoned cell phone of the other. I had to fume for an hour and start work late.

What a pain.

I've been painfully but happily browsing through car review sites. They stopped making the car I really want about forty years ago.
