Dreams of the end of swimming

I had a dream last night. It was so very real. I dreamt that I was standing out on the deck looking at the back yard, looking at teams of workmen efficiently dismantling and carrying away the above-ground pool in our back yard. I felt a pang of regret as they carried it away, doubtless to the dump.

And then, as I excitedly recounted to Kerri, I woke up, and it was TRUE!!

And of course, she burst out laughing, because we've never had a pool in our back yard.

So I wonder what Freud would make of that? Perhaps your sub-conscious is telling you that your next project is a backyard pool?
