Windy in Washington
Jan. 24th, 2005 10:22 amI'm going to have to be fairly concise in my LJ. My Washington journal will tell the story with pictures. I'll put a few of the panoramas in my gallery - Perhaps I should have taken more photographs, but if I took photos of everything I saw, I'd be out of room on my camera in a heartbeat!

Date: 2005-01-31 06:12 pm (UTC)I use the right hand side of each leaf for writing, both my own entries and those of others, and the left hand side for pasting stuff in - ticket stubs, postcards, dockets, whatever.
I then register the book, put in a bookplate and I make more extensive entries in the online journal, along with digital photographs. Many of these are shared with the books I release along the way, and I'll typically put down the two books side by side, take a photograph, pick up the journal and walk away. So the one photograph goes in two journal entries and I can make a note in the entry for the released book about the journal containing the complete story.
