The One Minute Manager gets fit
Jan. 30th, 2008 10:58 amI've started reading a book on the exercise bike each day. "The One Minute Manager Gets Fit", a slender book that survived the Nineties and has been plucked from my book stock as I sort all the books into crates for sale.
Good advice, presented in a straightforward manner.
But the best part is that my new exercise regime is easy and fun. I thought I'd wind up covered in sweat, and trembling with the agony of joting long dormant muscles into action. Instead, I pedal away, reading the book and taking note of the advice given by the One Minute Manager.
My only concern is at this rate, I won't finish the book before I go off on my trip, three and a half weeks away.
