Jukeboks works - Semagic don't
I'm impressed - I hit the "Detect Music" button and it worked. Yet to see if Semagic will post the entry, but that's a few minutes in the future.
I LOVE the AutoDJ feature in Musicmatch Jukebox. And the "radio stations". It's great having a library of songs that can entertain me for hours and days.
OK. Computers are working well, not so the washing machine, out of action for a week. I rang the repairfolk yesterday and they assured me they hadn't forgotten me, just waiting for parts. We've been doing a bit of hand washing, but clothes are getting tight now. Clean clothes, that is. I'm almost out of socks and jocks. Contemplating a laundromat run - sit there for hours reading "Divine Secrets", not a bad way to spend an evening - when darling daughter pointed out that we'd be driving up to Port tomorrow and the unit would have a washing machine and drier.
So we'll be taking a boot full of dirty clothes and the first thing we'll do will be to load up the washer. Assuming ours isn't fixed in the meantime.
I'll take my son out of school at lunch, pick up daughter from uni on the way through, drive to Sydney where my wife will be having yet another meeting in an airport seminar room and head up the coast, arriving about ten. We've made arrangements for the key on arrival, though I have to get B-I-L's mobile number. This isn't so much a unit as a small house. Three twin/double bedrooms, a full kitchen, lock up garage (and laundry, don't forget the laundry). Everyone gets a room to themselves - well I have to share, but that's OK - and we can watch cable TV all night long.
Mother-in-law turns 70 and extended family gathers. Must buy some champagne, beer and stuff - occasions at the winery are always fairly alcoholic.
If I have the time I'll see if I can get to the Sydney Opera House and release "Phantom of the Opera" on the steps. If I'm on the ball I should have about an hour to do it before I pick up the wife. Need to find a Subway somewhere in Sydney for dinner. Probably a long list on the web - we drove down the Pacific Highway a week or so ago and didn't see any so I need to research it.
