Oct. 30th, 2004 02:57 pmI'm starting to feel that I might actually get this thing done. It's not so much that I'm cranking out the wordage, but that I'm putting in the pieces I need for the final product. Title pages and copyright guff. Appendix. Chapter breaks. The first photograph.
There's a lot of work to do before I can even get to the draft stage, but it's starting to come together. I can see the harbour light, even if I haven't lfinished the voyage, let alone berthed and squared everything away.
Currently installing Word 2003 on the server so that I can convert Word documents to PDFs. The first draft chapter has just gone up on Lulu, after a bit of mucking about with page sizes.
Expect more in the days to come.
